TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. General provisions
    1.1. These Terms define the rules for using the website banska-wyzna.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”).
    1.2. The Administrator of the Website is the owner of the domain banska-wyzna.pl (hereinafter: the “Administrator”).
  2. Scope of services
    2.1. The Website enables, in particular, browsing content and posting local announcements (hereinafter: the “Announcements”).
    2.2. Using the Website does not require registration or logging in.
  3. User
    3.1. A User is any person who uses the Website or publishes an Announcement.
    3.2. By submitting an Announcement, the User declares that they have the right to its content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
  4. Rules for posting announcements
    4.1. It is prohibited to publish content that is unlawful, vulgar, offensive, discriminatory, or that violates personal rights or copyrights.
    4.2. Announcements may not concern goods or services prohibited by law.
    4.3. The Administrator may refuse publication, shorten, or remove an Announcement without stating a reason.
    4.4. It is prohibited to use Announcements to advertise services, products, business activities, or websites of the User or third parties, except for announcements regarding public events and activities relevant to the residents of Bańska Wyżna.
  5. Liability
    5.1. The User bears full responsibility for the content of the Announcement and the consequences of its publication.
    5.2. The Administrator is not a party to any agreements concluded on the basis of Announcements and does not guarantee their reliability or accuracy.
    5.3. The Administrator is not liable for interruptions in the functioning of the Website, data loss, or any damage related to the use of the Website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  6. Contact details and privacy
    6.1. Contact details provided in an Announcement (e.g., phone number, e-mail) are published voluntarily by the User.
    6.2. The rules for processing personal data are defined in a separate Privacy Policy available on the Website.
  7. Complaints
    7.1. Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website may be submitted to the Administrator’s e-mail address provided on the contact page.
    7.2. The Administrator will respond within a reasonable time, not exceeding 30 days from receiving the complaint.
  8. Amendments to the Terms
    8.1. The Administrator may amend the Terms by publishing a new version on the Website.
    8.2. Announcements submitted before the amendment are governed by the Terms valid on the day of their publication, unless the User accepts the new Terms.
  9. Final provisions
    9.1. The governing law is Polish law.
    9.2. In matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law apply.
